Introduction
The use of this website and the services offered through it circle4x.com requires your acceptance of the following terms and conditions. Our Liability

We will not be liable to you or for any breach of this User Agreement for any delay or failure to perform any obligation if the delay or failure is due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to the blocking or limitation of information on and /or from our network. Except as expressly provided in this User Agreement, we disclaim all other representations, warranties, conditions or other terms, express or implied, which may be implied by law, supplementary or otherwise, including, but not limited to, any implied warranties, conditions or other terms of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose or reasonable care and skill. Save as provided below, we disclaim all liability in contract, tort (including but not limited to negligence) or otherwise in connection with this User Agreement or circle4x.com and shall not be liable for: (i) consequential, indirect or special losses or damages; or (ii) loss of goodwill or reputation; or (iii) economic losses (including loss of revenue, profits, contracts, business or anticipated savings), in each case, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage and howsoever caused. Our maximum liability to you in contract, tort (including but not limited to negligence) or otherwise in relation to this User Agreement or circle4x.com is limited to £50. Fine Print
Either of us may terminate this User Agreement at any time. You may not transfer any of your rights or delegate your obligations under this User Agreement without our prior written consent. If we fail to enforce any provision of this User Agreement, such failure will not prevent us from enforcing that provision (or a similar provision) at a later date. Nothing contained in this User Agreement shall confer on any third party any benefit or right to enforce any provision of the User Agreement. This User Agreement is governed by English law and any disputes relating to this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
